I've been dabbling in and out of books for they past few weeks. I've just started 'Nasty Women'. It's a collection of essays, interviews and accounts on what it is to be a woman in the 21st century. And the women do not hold back...
"Nasty woman" was a phrase used by Donald Trump to refer to opponent Hillary Clinton during the third presidential debate. The phrase made worldwide news, became a viral call for some women voters, and has also launched a feminist movement by the same name.
Maybe let's share our recommendations on here?

Brilliant, sounds great x
I have just finished reading Stacey Dooley's Book: 'On the Frontline with Women Who Fight Back'!
I found it a really inspiring book, taking you through Dooley's documentaries where she met particularly phenomenal women, many of which are living in the most extraordinary and difficult situations. Really incredible read, and now looking to read much more similar non-fiction.
Definitely wanting to read Nasty Woman and 50 Shades of Feminism now! Both look brilliant! x
What are you reading? x
I just finish the book I was reading and I love all your suggestions, thank you <3
This sounds great Alice, thanks for sharing! Great idea to share what we are reading. I'm also reading a lot of female stuff. Here's two I'm really enjoying, 50 Shades of Feminism, such a varied mix of women and opinions, a great read, also Circe by Madeline Miller, I've got really into re-interpretations of mythology from a female perspective and this ones about the exiled
witch, Circe!
